Actually not a homework, but need some help to edit this image

1. Clear white background of this image( make it transparent)

2.Make sure the size is below 1M

3. I need 2 types of this image. 64*64 and 195*195. So u gotta make sure the cat in the image is suitable for both size.

4. for the image of 195*195, I want u to design a little bit. The example I will give u, basically u just need to make it clear in a grey and brown background website. ( u can use pink color to do that or whatever u want)
