This is a two part assignment....part one is due wednesday march 9, part two is due thursday, march 10

PART ONE:  

Initiate a discussion given your role as a human resources professional on the formulation of your strategic plan and be sure to state your vision (outcomes) and future state (2-5 years out). How can management and leadership support you and the other Human Resources team members to sustain optimal results after the problem has been resolved? This will be an open ended discussion to provide you with the opportunity to interact with your course instructor and possibly other students.

Please note that your content post is due by 11:59:59 on Wednesday of this week. 

Length: Content post 150-200 words;

PART TWO:

Create a professional PowerPoint presentation to outline the strategic plan you have created in order to address the identified problem with the chosen solution. Assume your audience includes fellow Human Resources team members and senior leadership from your organization. This should include a slide for each of the main topic areas you have worked through in this second section of the course. In addition, formulate your notes section as if a script for you to work from during a meeting. Conclude your presentation with recommendations in moving forward into the implementation phase of your strategic plan. 

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included. 

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
