Proposal Agreement
When creating a proposal for an event, many items need to be documented. Leaving out an important item may lead to the failure of an event.
Search for a request for proposal (RFP) form for meeting planners on the Internet. Figure 9-1 in your textbook has a sample RFP. Create an RFP for any event of your choice. Make sure to include all information relevant to your event and cover all items outlined in the sample RFP in your textbook.
List a minimum of five hotel properties and/or convention centers you will submit the RFP who may be interested in submitting a bid for your event. Provide a deadline for their response.
Submit your answers in a three- to four-page Microsoft Word document. Use APA guidelines for your submission. Include a minimum of three peer reviewed articles for your paper.
Name your document: SU_HSM3400_W4_A2_LastName_FirstInitial.doc.
