Project Summary Report

Write a 300-350-word paper in which you provide a full project summary.

Include the following, modified based on instructor feedback (Feedback paper attached), in your paper:

• Project Requirements, Risk, and Cost from Week 3 (Review the comment Tab as well)

Note: Insert all documents, including the Gantt Chart, into the paper as figures, tables, charts, as applicable. Avoid screen shots to accomplish this.

Note: Use appropriate APA label, reference, and format for all figures, tables, and charts.

Note: APA does allow single spacing in tables which makes them easier to read.

Add a Change Management Plan that:

• Addresses circumstances the project might consider for change(s)
• Discusses how the change(s) might facilitate the project's success.
• Describes how changes to the project scope, timeline, and budget will be requested, reviewed, approved, reported, and communicated.
• Develop a Change Notice Form as an Appendix.

·       Cite at least two credible references. NB: Wikipedia, eHow, businessdictionary.com and the like are not acceptable academic sources.

·       Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
