Project part 3 - Five Forces

Using the company you previously selected, brainstorm tactical responses that might be considered as potential actions to combat the negative influences and/or enhance the competitive advantage. Remember the type of Generic Strategy that your company deploys as you brainstorm your potential actions. You will use this information, combined with all of the previous information you have located, as you determine your global expansion capabilities.

Using Word, create a table or a matrix that defines how each of the five forces impacts your company. Since this is a table, there is no word count for the assignment, but please write as much information as possible in the table
