Read the Eurotunnel Project (chapter 20 in the textbook) and answer the following questions in three pages doubled spaced (3 pages):

1. Describe the project and its financing arrangements

2. What the risks associated with the project? If the case has built-in measures to mitigate these risks, summarize them.

3. Identify and discuss factors contributing to project's troubles, success or failure as the case may be.
