Discuss ways the professional nurse can use information technology to disseminate knowledge in the practice setting.

In this discussion thread we will discuss the use of technology as a form of communication. Nurses must be able to effectively communicate in multiple formats in this age of rapidly progressing innovation and technology.  This discussion question focuses on two Course Outcomes:

CO1: Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and technological communication using legal and ethical standards for transferring knowledge.

CO6: Assess the roles of the master’s-prepared nurse.
