Explain how the Virginia whistleblower statute works.  If like Maryland, this is a fairly new statute.  Maryland's statute is brand new, and yet to EVER be used. 

Research the firm who came forward with the allegations.  Tell us more. 

Try to dig into this, and post the complaint from Virginia Court. 

ps:  this week's readings (week 6, Wells chapter 11) is about conflicts of interest.  This article and the investigation will ultimately tie into conflicts.  think about that as you research this case.
