2. The procurement or contract strategy plan was inadequate, and the project failed.
3. The procurement or contract strategy plan was inadequate, and the project eventually was completed.

• For each of the outcomes listed above in the assignment description, address the following:
• What were the details of the project? Be specific.
• In depth, explain the various elements of the procurement or contract strategy plan within the project.
• What suggestions could you make to avoid failure for future procurement and contracting? Why would these suggestions make for a successful project?
• In the situation in which the project was eventually completed, were there incentives provided under the terms of the contract?
• If yes, then what were they, and how did they enhance the quality of the contract?
• If no, what incentives should have been included, and why?
• Be sure to reference all sources using APA style and in-text citations.
