Locate a privacy statement on a Web site. In about 1-2 pages, answer the following questions:

• Does the site follow an opt-in or opt-out policy (or is the policy not stated in the privacy statement)?
• Does the privacy statement include a specific provision or provisions regarding the collection of information from children?
• Does the privacy statement describe what happens to the collected personal information if the company goes out of business or is sold to another company (list these provisions, if any)?

Conclude the assignment with your evaluation of the overall clarity of the privacy statement. Be sure to include the statement and website address in your assignment.
