Presentational speaking

Hi I need this in 2 hours.

a 3 minute speech/presentation for a first meeting of a Business Operations Manager introducing himself to the new employees following a merger. 

Audience. Employees in a business merging with another similar business.

Setting. First meeting with the new employees.

Interactional goals.  Assert Individuality, seek adherence.

Thesis statement. I want to introduce myself, explain what kind of boss I am, and show that I’m assertive yet reasonable.
