Topic: Who should take responsibilities for obesity? and the causes and effects of obesdity. and how can we know whether we are obese or not?

Please keep the words level basic because I am an international student.

Also, it would be great if you mention the oppisite side whom are the poor people. For instance, the poor have almost no other choice but the cheap food that causes obesity.
