Select a government agency that has been deemed inefficient and draconian by taxpayers or watchdog groups. Describe how you would develop internal analysis to make that government agency more efficient.

• Identify the inhibiting factors that are holding it back.
• Assess the inhibiting factors in regard to the delivery of services.
• Recommend strategic management decisions to overcome the barriers and implement efficiency measures within the agency.
