You have been assigned a specific diagnosis. For test 4 you will need to develop a comprehensive case study that illustrates the diagnosis as you would expect it to be presented in the DSM V. You can be as creative with this as you would like. However, you should develop a case that is complete and includes the necessary information (in story format) to allow the reader to make the appropriate ddiagnosis. You should present your clients life story not just an assessment session. While there may be information that could suggest a rule out diagnosis included your patients diagnosis should be easily understood from the reading.  

In addition you need to write a brief paragraph explaining what information included in the case indicates your diagnosis.
