Visit the O*Net website and choose one job that you find interesting. Considering the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics associated with the job, create a plan for recruiting and selecting applicants for that position. 

Description and Assumptions: Provide a brief description of the position you chose, as well as any assumptions you made in order to make decisions on how to select for this position (e.g., you can create a fictitious company, industry, or setting in which the job exists). 

Recruitment: Describe how you plan to recruit applicants for this position, considering how difficult you anticipate it would be to attract applicants. 

Criteria: Summarize three criteria associated with this job, based on the description in O*Net and/or further elaboration.  

Predictors: Describe three predictors (e.g., psychological tests, interviews, work sample) that you would use to identify applicants who would likely meet the criteria. Make sure to explain how each will help you to predict the criteria, and why each is relevant. 

Validation: Describe how you would determine whether these predictors are valid. 

Implementation: Assuming your approach is valid, describe how you would generally assess applicants (e.g., first they would complete an application, etc.).
