Please help me condense

I need help with condense and the use of strong words.

There are four questions and each of them has limited amount of words.For example, the first question should not exceed 200 words. Therefore, I need your help to reduce the words and please feel free to change any vocab. Please make sure it makes sense, sounds professional, and contains no repetition.
