interesting thought about mixing the two populations. I agree with our professor, it's true they can benefit from being together, but it must be structured very well. The older population energy level will not last as long as the younger population. Being with youth for and mixing the two populations for long periods of time could trigger behaviors from both sides. It seems speaking from a business perspective mixing the two would do more harm than good if not structured properly.  I don't believe I wouldn't bother with such dangling what ifs. I would utilize a more sound proof alternative both sides could benefit from, like secret Santas.
