Physics lap 2 report for Electric Field Plotting

Hello, I need a report answering the questions on img_4342 which is in the bottom of the third picture with doing the calculations according to the last picture which is the experiment that I did in the Lab. Please read the section carfully and then answer the questions I do not want an INTRODUCTION  and Please be an expert in physics lap because I want this paper to be as professional as possible.
