I need someone to edit this section of my php code. 

$sql="UPDATE report SET `Buyer Comments`='$userinput3' WHERE Name='$userinput1 $userinput2' and Buyer Comments='should be blank'  ";

I want it to update results WHERE Name='$userinput1 $userinput2' and Buyer Comments IS empty ";
