Phenomenological Study Based Problem

Develop a problem statement that is 250- 300 words. The topic of the problem should be turnover. Develop it as a phenomenological study.

Write an introduction around the problem statement using research that is no more than 5 year old in age. The introduction is to be 3 pages. 
Locate 5 sources and use in the introduction. Cite the sources within the paper and develop a reference page in APA 6th edition. 

The problem statement is separate from the 3 pages. Identify and label the problem statement as such and then write a 3 page introduction.
