persuasive speech

i hurry i need a speech for public speeking and I need it to be persuasive. about gun control the speech is limited to 4 minutes so i need to give the idea in a really fast i also need five resources and i need it to be in the speech like accourding to news paper or the book. or someone stated or wrote or said. make sure that the speech is simple and gives the idea clearly. also, make sure that it is persuasive.
