Persuasive Message Assignment

You may choose either 1) a formal email style which will require an appropriate subject line that will gain attention or 2) a formal block format letter that would be mailed to the recipient.  If I cannot determine which format you chose, you will receive no credit for that portion of the assignment according to the grading rubric.
