Write a 2- to 3-page paper that evaluates and discusses the following:

• Impacts of Performance Management
• Configuration Management, Accounting Management, Fault Management, and Security Management on decisions related to global network architecture. Explain the importance of each of these areas, specifically identifying their impacts in business decisions as it pertains to the company's network design. When would you consider outsourcing?
