Patterns in nature Lab Report

I need two lab reports 

first lab report is about ( Polarizers ) 

second lab report is about ( Ultraviolet Light )

each one should be:-

It should include your name and a topic title.

It should be 1 page, 12 pt font, double spaced.

References (with whatever format you are comfortable using)should be included at the end of your paper.

Lab Report must explain how topic is discovered, developed, and applied....not a restatement of the Lab Activity.
