GUIDELINES for the PAPER are as follows:

(1) Choose any of the issues/events/challenges related to the Chinese security and foreign policy, which bear relevance to the regional and international relations.

2. Develop a proposition from the theme identified. Generate a ‘hypothesis’ from the proposition. The hypothesis generated needs to be ‘empirically’ verified by an observation of developments/cases in China and/or in other countries and regions that bear relevance to the Chinese regional and international relations.
