You are the safety director for a large manufacturing company.  Your son is a line worker for a branch of the company that is located in another city.  He is visiting you while recuperating from a back injury for which he is collecting workers’ compensation.  While visiting, he jogs, lifts weights, and plays softball with friends.  You finally realize that he is not really injured.  What should you do?
