Suppose you want to start a business and you have to decide on the best organizational form (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Partnership (with GPs and LPs), Limited Liability, and Corporation). Explain the purpose of the business and the reason you chose this business. Briefly describe what type of business and organizational form you selected. Explain why you selected that form over alternative forms.
