Organization Behavior help

I have two similar assignment I need help on. 

1- Define and describe how Hofstede's four dimensions may be applied to the United States. Based upon your answer, what specific advice would you give a US manager looking to conduct business in another country. 

• Hofstede four dimensions are : uncertainty avoidance, masculinity- femininity, individualism- collectivism, and power distance. 

• 2-  Second homework is the same as you did last time you need to watch a movie “Outsourced”. For assignment two is required to provide 3 questions and complete answers that relate the theories and concepts in Chapter 3 to the plot, characters, scenes, etc. from the movie Outsourced. Be sure to obtain the movie and not an episode from the series. 

• Chapter 3:  Managing Globally

-The book you need to look at is Organization Behavior, structure, processes. Author, James L. Gibson, John M. Ivancevich, James H. Donnelly, Jr Fourteenth Edition Published by   McGraw- Hill Irwin.
