Reflecting  sexual issues and discrimination, what is an important challenge facing management of organizations today and how would you go about addressing it? Explain.

Both are discussion board posts and will not need full essay papers, so no need for title page, abstract, introduction, etc. Each part is separate, but can be on the same document. Each part must not reference the other part and cannot contain the same wording. Each part must have at least 2 quoted sources (APA format, bibliography and parenthetical). 2-3 paragraphs is the requirement, but may go more if needed.
