Katrina, that is a powerful essay and solid research to boot. Now do you think Amazon believes its press about customers? How do employees feel about the customers' treatment and how does it contrast with the way Bezos treats them? Do you see any irony there? Also what does customer centrism look like ... what examples does Amazon show that really does differentiate it from any other discount online retail outfit (does Amazon prime really do that?)?
