non Government Organization Reading

Hello all,

I have a reading chapter about Is there Life after Gender Mainstreaming.

I would like to get first what this  chapter is talking  about in few sentinces with understanding statment to expline to my teacher.

Then there is a file has some questions. I would like to get answers about these question in short like two sentinces or so.

Need it tomorrow's night.
