Need to write a report about the EU common policy (CAP)

A report on one of the policies(EU common agricultural policy). Write 10-12 pages give your opinion on whether the policy is beneficial (maybe for your country or region - regardless of whether you are an EU citizen or not), maybe you can come up with better solutions within the EU legal framework.
