Need Help with Fingerprint Exercise

Please see the attached document.  Only focus on the highlighted area and do the exercise.  You can view the YouTube video for assistance.  I only need part C complete. I have attached a copy of the text-but it probably wont be needed.  You just need to have expertise in Fingerprints/Forensics
