need different type of work done

I have a media site and I am looking for someone to record a 20 min audio of any action story they would like. it must be an original work. Once I receive the production it can not be used on other sites being I am paying for the work I need creative audio often and will pay top dollar for works. I will post something  up weekly so money can be made. Audio quality must be clear and please let it be someone who can speak good english
