It is common for the state attorney general’s office to oversee charitable nonprofit organizations. Examine the fundraising regulations (or lack of regulations) in the U.S. state of Colorado. 

Explain a.) Why you believe the regulation or lack of regulation in your location is beneficial for general society; b.) How the regulations or lack of regulations in your location might serve human-services organizations seeking to raise funds; and c.) Where you think there might be room for improvement in the fundraising regulatory environment.
