Minor vs. Serious Offenses of Employee Misconduct

Write a 2-3 page paper, and differentiate minor from serious offenses concerning employee misconduct. In your introduction, be sure to briefly cover the difference in corrective action between minor and serious offenses. In the body of your paper, list each of the offenses and explain them. The ending paragraphs of the paper will have examples of each offense and depict the difference between a minor and a serious offense for each.
