On pages 8 and 9 of Chapter 1 from Raines (2013), there is a questionnaire called the Conflict Style Inventory that will give you a rating of each of the five conflict management styles that Raines covers in her chapter. Take this quiz, and then use the scoring method illustrated in Figure 1.2 on page 10 to find your rating on these five styles. You can also try filling it out for someone you know, such as your supervisor.

Report your rating as well as your general impressions about the usefulness of this questionnaire. Were you surprised by the results? Do you think the results are accurate? Would the questionnaire be useful for your organization?
