Write an 8 page paper, NOT including cover or reference page using the discussion points below. This will be written in APA format with a minimum of 5 references. This assignment will be a full 8 pages in essay form, there is NO word count. Cite all references and do not use more than 12% of unoriginal content.

•Define business ethics, and discuss the responsibilities of employees and managers in business ethics (this should constitute not more than 30% of the paper).

•Discuss what is involved in ethical reasoning/decision making, and analyze a scenario; example from research, where an employee and manager engaged in ethical reasoning.

• What was considered/not considered?

• What was done well? What needed to be improved?

• What would you have done differently – in the position of employee or manager?

   (this should constitute approximately 70% of the paper).
