memo to employees

It is to be in memo format, with your company's logo displayed in the center top of the document ( I have logo). It must be one-page in length. It should be three paragraphs, and should announce some type of bad news to the company's employees. The headings TO/FROM/DATE/SUBJECT should be capitalized, and the information these headings provide should be lined up like the buttons on a shirt.  Make sure that your third paragraph offers contact information, should the employees have any questions about the announcement. Please use Times New Roman 12 point font for the typeface; single-space the sentences, with double-spacing between paragraphs. Do not indent and do not right justify this document.
