MBA Learning Reflection 4

Based on the readings, discussions and exercises for the week（Chapter1-3）, please choose 5 things that are new tools, approaches, or techniques that you explored which will enhance your writing skills.  These should be things that were previously unfamiliar to you, or perhaps areas where you have not had much mastery, which you have actually experimented with during the week.  Please describe each of these things and explain your experience and any plans you have to incorporate these new approaches in your future business writing.  It is expected that this paper will have a minimum of 750 words in five paragraphs.
