Math Assignment week 1

As part of your course assignments, you will be required to keep a math journal detailing how the class concepts apply to your everyday life. Each entry will be submitted individually during the week it is assigned.  

Describe a situation this week when you used math to solve a problem involving whole numbers, decimals notation, or real numbers.

• Explain the situation.
• Show how you performed the proper calculations to determine the answer you needed.

Write an entry of approximately 150 words.
