You will choose one other country. You must use a real company and develop a new product (one that does not exist in any company).
Include the following components for both markets:

- A brief SWOT Analysis
- Potential competition
- Product offering and product definition
- Product positioning
- Justification for your choice of product
- A 10-question survey that you will use for your final marketing plan, that collects additional primary data about the buyers
Use the Sample Marketing Plan in Ch. 2 of Marketing Management as a guide in developing the components of your plan.

The oven buddy is a product idea that was designed by Custom Industries, Inc. located in West Jordan UT. The brand name for the oven buddy is Red's Freedom Cookware. The oven buddy is a product designed to allow people to cook dutch ovens anywhere without having to dig a hole in the ground. The Oven Buddy has four legs and can be placed anywhere, even in the house. It looks like a round pot but shallower. You set your dutch oven on it and place coals underneath, on top, and around the dutch oven and cook your food. I works great. As far as the other country, there is not one, so we should think about what geographical area would be good
