Continue with the development of the Policy Manual:

Part A:  Develop a testing policy for your manual, (what tests are acceptable and which are not, and how are you going to use testing in the selection process in Mexico?)

Create an interviewing policy and process and also address any other areas of selection that might need to be addressed.
