1)      The next Deliverable is the Business Model.  To begin, you will want to diagram your Value Chain following the example on page 187.  Then explain in your paper how you plan on adding value to each step of the chain, both Primary Activities and Support Activities.  Next you will need to address each component of an Effective Business Model.  Those components can be found on pages 189-199.  Make sure to look at all the parts of each of the components and support your answers by documented research.  The last part will be choosing a form of Business Organization which can be found in Chapter 7 on pages 229-237.  Be sure address why you selected that type of Organizational structure.
