This week, we study several personality models and learn how personality shapes the workplace environment. In what ways does personality inform how we interact with supervisors and co-workers? What does the most current research indicate about how at least one facet of personality (e.g., conscientiousness, extraversion, emotional stability, agreeableness, and openness to experience) interacts with the work environment? Provide one or more examples from your experience to illustrate your points.
