local government budgeting

Select a program you would like to see implemented in the local government in which you reside, or select an existing program for which you would recommend changes be implemented.  As you contemplate implementation of the program, refer to the appropriate budget practice(s) as you determine which method(s) of evaluation you will use.  Select at least three methods of evaluation.  Prepare and submit a policy memo accompanied by graphs/charts.  Also prepare a PowerPoint presentation.
