Legal and Ethical Environment of Business 4-5 page paper on the Commerce Clause

DEMOCRATS NEED NOT APPLY. 

I have to write three 5 page papers in order to convert my Legal and Ethical Environment of Business class into an honors credit. I have already written one and I am planning on writing one more. However, I do not have the time to write the last one (I am double majoring and taking several other honors classes). Therefore, I need someone to write a 4-5 pages (please include works cited in addition to the 4-5 pages) discussing the Commerce Clause. 

I am a conservative and am writing my other papers accordingly. In turn, I would like this paper to be from the view point of a Republican. 

Basically, my view is that the original case has caused a slippery slope which has allowed the federal government to take too much power away from the states (please include information about federal funding with stipulations).
