Task 2: Given you have no direct access to the actual organisations you are commenting on (implying this part is purely subjective) comment as follows on how the implementation described in your chosen case study might have gone differently.

•What differences would have been made if the implementation had been organised or envisioned differently?  Explain how 2 major changes - of your choosing - would have produced a different result. You need to explain your proposed change, justify it then explain how, directly and/or indirectly, different outcomes for the project owners could have resulted
