Using the module readings, and the Internet, research leadership theories, management practices, and best practices related to leadership communication. Select 2–3 scholarly resources for use in this assignment.

Create a PowerPoint presentation addressing the following:

1. Delineate the differences between leadership and management communication practices and styles, with emphasis on the tenets you believe are the most critical in each regard.
2. Identify the three most important communication competencies a leader should seek to master and apply. Justify your answer with appropriate references and examples.
3. State five positive, progressive communication strategies a leader should employ during times of organizational change especially as it relates to strategy and execution.
4. Summarize the most effective ways in which leaders can demonstrate and utilize their power and influence.
