For this assignment you’ll need to summarize what the sociological perspective is, and what methods are used by sociologists to study society. Information on the sociological perspective can be found on pages 1-8 of your text, while information about sociological methods can be found on pages 38-51.  Don’t worry about discussing the details of each method, you’ll only need to briefly discuss the differences between the following methods -survey research, interviews, participant observation, and secondary/historical analysis- while also explaining how each method could be used by a sociologist.
